I am a caring and non-judgmental therapist.  I believe in empowering my clients and making them believe in themselves first and foremost.  I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, religions, creeds, and socio-economic levels.  Having worked in many settings, including hospitals, private care, and homes, I have learned to understand my clients before helping them to change.

While I tend towards cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), in which the client learns to change their behaviors to allow for a change in the thought patterns, I will use many different ideas and approaches with my clients as necessary and appropriate.  This eclectic approach allows me to treat each client individually and ensures that, as we work together, the client can discover the best in themselves.

Referrals to other medical professionals such as internists, psychiatrists, pediatricians as needed.

Referrals accepted to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) where applicable.

Faith based counseling available.
